Taylor specializes in biomechanics, corrective exercise, and sustainable fat loss. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Corrective Exercise Certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, she helps clients improve movement patterns, correct imbalances, and build strength on a solid foundation. Her coaching combines strength training, movement optimization, and habit-based coaching to support fat loss, long-term consistency, and injury prevention. Clients not only build muscle and move more efficiently, but also develop the mindset and routines needed to maintain results.
