Scott Langill
Scott grew up in the world of fitness and bodybuilding, working with his first personal trainer at just eight years old. He competed in high school football and track before continuing his athletic career as a college football safety. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from Missouri Southern State University and is the owner and operator of L1FT Gym. In addition to coaching, Scott serves as a firefighter, paramedic, and SWAT officer, and is TCCC trauma and ACLS certified. Having experienced multiple injuries throughout his athletic and professional career, Scott understands firsthand the importance of proper training, recovery, and injury prevention. Scott works with clients of all ages, including children, athletes, and individuals with disabilities. His training focuses on strength, conditioning, mobility, and injury prevention to help people become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves. He also prepares individuals for the physical demands of fire and police academies.
